Store / Registration Building Leesburg, AL

Demo

  • Storage Room Lattice Walls - VCT Flooring

Store/Reservations

  • Framed knee walls, electrical panel, laundry door opening.

  • Framed and installed commercial windows, double swinging door, and barn door.

  • Installed cabinets, countertops, shiplap.

  • Patched in 60’x12’ ceiling to match existing metal.

  • Installed wiring for wall receptacles, cooler boxes, and ceiling lighting. Installed emergency lights, sconce and pendant lights.


Cafe

  • Framed in wall and drywall interior. Installed T1-11 siding.

  • Installed wiring for 5 ton heat pumps, 5 ton air handlers, interior/exterior outlets and lights.

  • Installed ceramic tile, service windows, 3 compartment sink, and hand wash sink.

Store / Registration Building Branson, MO

  • Disconnected utilities and HVAC. Demoed existing structure. Excavated 60’x110’ and compact filled site.

  • Formed and poured 50’x100’ concrete slab. Installed plumbing and electrical conduit beneath slab.

  • Installed 50’x100’ steel building with 14’ side walls and R-17 Insulation.

  • Constructed and Installed 30’x15’ porch roof.

  • Framed out interior walls to apply metal panels.

  • Installed metal panels on walls & ceiling.

  • Installed commercial doors, man door, roll up cargo door, and commercial windows.

  • Installed electrical panels, water & sewer lines from building to existing main service.

  • Heat pump installed with ductwork.

  • Electrical outlets, lighting circuits, HVAC circuits, electric water heater, bathroom fixtures, outdoor spigots.

  • Installed cabinets and countertops.

  • Constructed and installed two 10’ benches at front entrance.

Store / Registration Building Cleveland, OH

  • Removed ceiling, lighting fixtures, signage, interior sheeting and insulation.

  • Removed and replaced plywood on roof. Installed new metal roof.

  • Constructed knee wall for reservations area with galvanized metal on front.

  • Framed and poured concrete stamp to match existing floor.

  • Installed 4 ton HVAC unit with gas furnace and ductwork throughout store and restrooms.

  • Hung in textured walls and ceilings. Installed insulation.

  • Primed and installed shiplap on reservations wall. - Wrapped and trimmed out all floors, windows, and doors.

  • Framed in and installed commercial windows and doors.

  • Installed new cabinetry. - Installed board and batten siding on building exterior.

  • Primed and painted interior and exterior.
